A multi-branch QR menu system with pricing by branch

We built the QR menu used in Bosco’s branches not as a ready PDF or a simple list, but as a custom system where products are managed centrally and different prices can be applied per branch.

01THE STARTING POINT

The same product, a different branch. One price list was not enough.

In multi-branch setups the products can be shared while the prices differ by branch. Keeping separate product records for every branch multiplies menu changes and makes the operation harder than it needs to be.

A change in the menu also had to reach the customer’s phone without waiting for a print run or a developer.

02OUR APPROACH

We defined the product once.We made it behave differently per branch.

  1. 01A multi-branch QR menu system was developed specifically for this.
  2. 02Products were defined centrally.
  3. 03Prices were separated per branch.
  4. 04Creating the same product again in every branch was no longer necessary.
  5. 05Menu changes are reflected in the QR menu instantly.
  6. 06The aim was an operation that does not depend on a developer.

04THE RESULT

The menu is no longer a printed list but a living operational tool.

Branches manage their own menu and pricing needs through the system. The customer always reaches the current menu.
