Measurement cookies are set only with your consent

No analytics or ad measurement cookie is set until you choose. You can allow analytics and ad measurement separately. Withdraw and these cookies are deleted. Decline and the site works the same.

Until you consent, Google tools write no cookies to your browser and use no identifier that recognises you. They send only an aggregate measurement signal, without cookies or identifiers, reporting that a page was viewed, your consent state and that an enquiry took place (Google consent mode). Google uses these signals to estimate ad results in aggregate, without recognising anyone.

We use ad measurement cookies only to see whether our ads bring enquiries. We do not personalise ads or run remarketing.

Strictly necessary

Required for the site to work, and exempt from consent. The record of your own cookie choice sits here, which is what stops us asking again on every page. It stays on your device and is never sent to our servers.

Enquiry source

The page you arrived on, the site that referred you and any campaign tags are held in your browser while the tab stays open. They are added to your enquiry only if you send a form, and are deleted when the tab closes.

Cookieless visitor count

Uses no cookies, writes nothing to your browser and does not depend on consent. It counts, in aggregate, how many people visit, which pages they open, which site or campaign sent them, their country and city, and their device type. Your IP address is not stored; to avoid counting the same visitor twice, a one-way hash that changes at regular intervals is derived from your IP address and browser details. This data is not shared with Google, Meta or any other third party. It is processed on our own server in Frankfurt, Germany, with the open-source Umami software, and kept for no longer than 25 months. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, your visit is not counted.

Analytics

Set only if you consent. Measures, in aggregate, which pages are viewed and how a visit progresses (Google Analytics).

Ad measurement

Set only if you consent. Tells Google Ads and Meta whether a visit from a Google or Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ad became a form, phone or WhatsApp enquiry and, later, a client. If you consented and send a form, your email address and phone number are hashed (SHA-256); only that hash is passed on, to match the enquiry to the ad click. Meta tools do not run at all without your consent.

When you allow analytics or ad measurement, the data is processed by Google Ireland Limited and Google LLC, which involves a transfer to the United States. The cookieless measurement signals sent without consent are processed by Google too. With ad measurement consent, Meta measurement data is processed by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited and Meta Platforms, Inc., which involves a transfer to the United States. Changing your mind

You can change your decision whenever you like, and withdrawing is as easy as consenting. The button below, and the Cookie preferences link at the foot of every page, open the preferences panel. Your choice is kept for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings. Those controls differ between browsers.
